Ensuring student safety and efficient communication with campus security are essential in emergency scenarios. CIMCON's "Blue Light" emergency app facilitates prompt connection between students and campus security by a simple touch of the "HELP" button.

When activated, the "HELP" button provides the following functionalities:

• Sends an Audio Alert and Route instructions for the student’s location to campus security staff mobile phones
• Activates nearby street lights to begin “blinking” to alert individuals about a possible emergency
• Upon receiving and acknowledging the alert, campus security sends a message back to the student, reassuring them that assistance is en route
